Rooms for rent for young adults (higher education or apprenticeship) Christian faith is at the base of our student house project. We strive to make Casa Viganello an environment where residents meet regularly, fostering a united and participatory community. The house is located at via Muggina 16, 6962 Viganello. It is an independent house with six individual rooms, two living rooms/dining rooms, two bathrooms with dryer/washing machine. The apartment is newly furnished, equipped kitchen, all completed by terrace, patio, garden, parking. 10 minutes from USI-SUPSI and 15 minutes from Lake Lugano. The neighborhood is quiet and quickly reaches green areas. Public transport connections are 5 minutes away. The rent is between 700 and 800 CHF/month depending on the type of room, expenses included.
