For my shared apartment, I am looking for a new female or male roommate. The shared apartment is located in a very central location in Sursee, directly by the Surseepark. Shopping facilities are therefore right on the doorstep and Sursee station is also reachable on foot in a few minutes. Together, around 112 m2 are available in a 4.5-room apartment with two separate bathrooms. Everyone has their own bathroom and their own room. Living/dining/kitchen, storage room, cellar and the additional room/office are used communally. The apartment has its own laundry tower with washing machine/tumbler. The very spacious terrace (42 m2) with evening sun can be accessed from every room and is also available for communal use. Parking spaces (incl. tire storage) can be rented in the underground garage for an additional CHF 120.00.
