*english version below* Sehr ruhiges Studio in praktischer Lage, gut angebunden an die Uni und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ideal für Studierende, die lieber alleine wohnen. Hi all :) Ich suche für mein Studio eine/n Nachmieter/in ab September. Das Studio ist etwa 27 Quadratmeter gross und wurde 2021 vollständig neugebaut. Es hat Grosszügige Fenster in Richtung Süden so hat man von den ganzen Tag über natürliches Licht. Das Gebäude besteht nur aus solchen Studios und die Wände sind sehr gut isoliert, Ich habe von meinen Nachbaren noch nie ein Geräusch gehört. **Lage** Die Wohnung liegt: 4 Gehminuten von Bushaltestellen für die Linien 9, 6, 4, 3, 11 und 200 Zur Uni 6 Minuten mit dem Bus, zum Marktplatz 9 Minuten. 10 Gehminuten zu einer grösseren Migrosfialie 5 Gehminuten zu einem Tankstellenshop für kleine Einkäufe später am Abend oder am Wochenende. **Ausstattung** Sämtliche Möbel sowie Küchengeräte möchte ich zu einer Summe direkt übergeben. Es befindet sich ein Waschturm auf jeder Etage und im UG. Es gibt keinen fixen Waschplan doch ich hatte nie Probleme meine Wäsche zu waschen. Im UG hat es zusätzlich ein abschliessbares Kellerabteil mit ca 9 Quadratmeter. Im EG befindet sich ein geräumiger Abstellraum für Fahrräder oder E-Scooter. I have never heard any noise from my neighbors. **Location** The apartment is conveniently located: * 4 minutes on foot from bus stops serving lines 9, 6, 4, 3, 11, and 200 * 6 minutes by bus to the university * 9 minutes by bus to the city center (Marktplatz) * 10 minutes on foot to a larger Migros supermarket * 5 minutes on foot to a gas station convenience store for small purchases in the evening or on weekends **Features** I would like to transfer all furniture and kitchen appliances directly to the next tenant for a single agreed amount. There is a laundry room with washing and drying facilities on every floor as well as in the basement. There is no fixed laundry schedule, and I have never had any issues finding a machine available.
