Although the building is not so new, the apartment offers several great features, including plenty of natural light (thanks to 9 big windows), a very spacious balcony, beautiful views, and a convenient location close to nature and public transport.

One of the main highlights is the exceptionally large balcony, offering plenty of space for summer BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view.

The apartment is very bright throughout the day, even when the weather is cloudy or rainy (which happens often during half of the year), creating a pleasant living environment.

The location is particularly convenient for those who enjoy spending time outdoors, with green areas, walking and running paths, and Vitaparcours fitness trails nearby.

Public transport is also easily accessible, with bus line 75 stopping very close to the building. The apartment is also very close to the airport. However, it takes 30 minutes to reach Zurich main station, so I would not recommend it if your top priority is living close to the city centre.
