We rent near Chur in Malix (about 7 minutes away) **Furnished rooms from 750.--Fr.** incl. additional costs with community infrastructure, such as kitchen, toilet, bathroom with toilet. Ideal for monthly residents, students, seasonal workers etc. Bus stop in front of the house, Parking space can be rented for 50.- Fr. DEPOSIT: - Deposit for bed linen / furniture 200.- CHF (one-time / will be refunded upon departure) Extras: - Parking space 50.- Fr. - Final cleaning one-time / obligatory 50.- Fr.
