Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone 😊 We are a 4-person shared flat in the beautiful Iselin quarter and are looking for two new flatmates! (by 01.10. at the latest, but earlier is also very welcome). We have a beautiful apartment (see pictures) with a lot of common space and above all a dreamy terrace with evening sun. In addition to our own washing machine and dryer, we enjoy the luxury of our very dear cleaning staff, who every 2 weeks ensures that our apartment remains presentable despite our all full schedules. Who are we? Marvin, 31 years old. Often works from home and is sometimes on business trips for one or more weeks. Loves outdoor adventures, especially paragliding and climbing. Zandi, 28 years old. He is extremely enthusiastic about sports and health - if you want to grow old healthily, you should ask him. He works as an assistant doctor in sports medicine. Additionally, he is the owner of almost all our games in the shared flat, has the right one for every occasion, and thanks to him, we always have game or grill nights. Who are we looking for? Working people around our age who occasionally have a desire for spontaneous joint activities, but can also be independent in everyday life. Shared flat life The living room offers a lot of space, which is why we always enjoy visits, but also like to spend a relaxed evening on the sofa or in the hammock. Although we are all working and also on the go a lot in our free time, we don't want a functional shared flat, but look forward to sharing everyday life and exchanging ideas regularly.
