More space, more comfort, more freedom… in an exceptional setting.** In Chigny, in the heart of the vineyards and only 2 km from Morges, we share a unique living space composed of two neighboring houses: a contemporary house and an old press house, entirely renovated with care and attention to detail. By choosing this shared flat, you are not just renting a room. You enjoy all the common areas of the two houses, totaling nearly 500 m² of living space, including approximately 300 m² of shared spaces, in a quiet environment offering an exceptional view of Lake Geneva, the Alps, the Jura, the vineyards, and the village. **Your private space** We offer a private 20 m² bedroom, located on the first floor of the old press house. In addition, you have free access to all the common areas of the two houses: • Two fully equipped kitchens • Several living rooms • A library • An office • A large courtyard • A vast garden • An outdoor area with a fire pit as well as a bread and pizza oven, perfect for sharing convivial meals throughout the year. • Numerous spaces suitable for both social interaction and tranquility **Our philosophy** We are currently 6 adults (from 34 to 70 years old) as well as 2 adolescents present part-time. Our life paths, professions, and interests are varied. We appreciate moments of sharing as much as individual independence. Evening meals are often an opportunity to come together; we cook in turns, according to everyone's wishes, availability, and occupations, without obligation. Thanks to the size of the premises, everyone can easily choose between conviviality and calm. **We are looking for a person** who appreciates this way of living, based on respect, trust, kindness, and simple communication.
