Small animals allowed Very quiet. Shared laundry with washer-dryer column without shifts. Public paid parking adjacent to the building at a modest price (approx. 4 fr per day). Train stop 2 min walking distance. Rent including expenses: 1500.- Possibility to rent a garage parking space for 100fr.
