2 rooms apartment

For private reasons, I am looking for a successor tenant for my apartment. Takeover by arrangement, also possible at short notice. The apartment has 2 well-proportioned and spacious rooms (one of them with a balcony facing the green courtyard) and a large enclosed kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, many cabinets (modern white kitchen), space for a dining table, second balcony. Bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. Laundry room in the basement without a rigid schedule. In the street, residents can park in blue zones. Bus, tram and Migros are within walking distance in a few minutes. Zurich Old Town and Lake and Stadelhofen station are reachable within a few minutes on foot. There is a very nice neighborhood living in the house. Since I unfortunately lived here for a very short time and am leaving Zurich for purely private reasons, I have not yet set myself up and am not attaching any photos. It is an old building with parquet flooring, modern kitchen, white bathroom. According to the administration, the walls were repainted this year. If interested, a hardly used new sofa from IKEA and an internet connection can be taken over. The apartment is very practically laid out with 2 similar rooms, kitchen separate and lockable, therefore a 2-WG (shared apartment) would also be possible.
