Room in a shared flat

We, Bernd and Laurin (7 years), are looking for a new flatshare member. Our apartment is located near Mattenhof (5 min on foot) and the Hochschule Luzern in the small district of Kuonimatt. There are two balconies and a beautiful view of the Pilatus as well as the Stanserhorn. Our hobbies are sailing, music, football, crafting, playing, culture, dancing, traveling, languages, … The room is approx. 13qm in size. No utility costs (electricity, water, heating, washing machine, internet, etc.) are included in the rental price. Depending on consumption, these amount to approx. 150 CHF per month. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. We look forward to you contacting us.
