I am preferably looking for a new female roommate for a beautiful room in a spacious approx. 200 m² old building apartment in the middle of St. Gallen. I am only moving out due to a relocation and would therefore like to pass my room on to good hands.

The room is approx. 22 m² in size, features a large window front with a beautiful view over St. Gallen, and has its own access to one of the balconies. The entire apartment impresses with its beautiful old building character with stucco ceilings and parquet flooring throughout the entire apartment.

Currently, there are five of us living in the apartment in total. Everyone is employed, which is why it is usually pleasantly quiet during the week. At the same time, we enjoy sitting together in the evenings or on weekends, cooking, having a drink, or spending time on the balcony. It is therefore a good mix of WG life and privacy – you can do things together, but you also have the opportunity to withdraw and enjoy your peace.
Cellar & laundry room
A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment, in which, for example, a bicycle can be easily stored.

Additionally, there is a large communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There are no fixed washing times – the appliances can simply be used when needed. Additionally, clotheslines for drying are available in two separate, spacious rooms.

The existing bed as well as the desk in the room can be taken over from the current tenant at a very fair price.
Applicants who wish to take over both pieces of furniture are preferred – this way you could practically move in with just your suitcase and start living immediately.
