Room in a shared flat

We have a room available in our modern apartment. The room is large, bright and fully furnished. All utilities, such as fast Swisscom internet, are also included. You can get anywhere in no time by public transport, 15min to Oerlikon or ETH Hönggerberg / 24min to Zürich HB or also by bicycle in 10min to Oerlikon or ETH. There are plenty of shopping facilities in the surrounding area. The modern duplex apartment on 2 floors is located in a very quiet area and offers everything one needs, such as a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony as well as its own laundry tower. We are Francis, Antonin, Mindaugas and Ozgur. We are now looking for a friendly new tenant for the available room. We appreciate a tidy home and a respectful as well as uncomplicated interaction with one another.
