Single room in 3 room (two bedroom) apartment with living room, integrated kitchen, small entrance, bathroom with bathtub and washing tower (washing machine and dryer), and separate toilet. All rooms with parquet flooring, kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher.

Furniture: bookshelves and simple clothing rack. Persian carpet. Option of a large bed and desk if required (otherwise they can be put in storage).

Flat shared with one other tenant, Female 40+ years of age, single, professional and part-time student. Occasionaly work and study from home, so appreciate a quiet and tidy environment. Preference is to share with another female of around the same age, who appreciates a friendly appartment.
