My partner is moving abroad for a certain period for professional reasons. We are therefore offering our centrally located apartment in Zürich, Wipkingen for exchange for a smaller one. The apartment is located directly by the bus stop Zürich, Wipkingen and the Röschibachplatz. You can reach the Limmat in less than 10min on foot. Our apartment in detail: \- 3-room apartment on the 4th floor \- two spacious, bright rooms, a kitchen with dining room and one bathroom \- Rent until 30. Sept: CHF 2'000 // from 1. Oct.: CHF 1'950 \- very quiet despite a super central location \- laundry room for shared use (without laundry schedule) \- private cellar compartment \- pleasant tenants and administration \- shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Denner) reachable in 2min on foot \- direct train and bus connection to Zürich HB, Hardbrücke as well as Oerlikon within 10min I am looking for: \- a charming apartment or spacious studio with kitchen \- max. rent: CHF 1'500 \- centrally located (direct connection with bus/tram to Zürich HB would be great) \- shopping facilities within walking distance nearby \- balcony would be cool, but not necessarily a must \- Date: ideally from September or October (but I am also flexible) Feel free to write to me if you are interested in exchanging!
