Room in a shared flat

Hello you!

We are Salome and Joël and are looking for someone to complete our shared apartment. We are uncomplicated, enjoy being on the go and are mostly active: whether it's sport, being outdoors or spontaneous excursions.

At home, we like it relaxed. Sometimes a shared dinner, an after-work beer on the balcony or just a short chat in the kitchen. Otherwise, everyone lives their own life.

The room is 29m² large and bright, with a lake view. It is located in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a freshly renovated bathroom with a separate toilet and a cute balcony.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift available) and is optimally located. The surroundings are quiet and green, but still well-connected: the Coop is reachable in 6 minutes on foot, and the nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes away, with a direct connection to the Wädenswil station.

In a few minutes you are at the lake or in the greenery, perfect for jogging, cycling, for a walk by the water or a summer evening with a jump into the lake.

Move-in is possible from 5. December.
