A bright and quiet 15 m² room in a shared flat (60 m²) will be available from August 1st, with a possible earlier move-in date (second half of July). The apartment includes: * Two bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom * Balcony in the kitchen * Storage room and washing machine, dryer in the basement * Calm living environment, very nice view of sunset. Furniture takeover is required: The room furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, etc.) as well as shared apartment items (e.g. freezer, microwave oven, etc) need to be taken over for a total of CHF 450. Location: 10 min walking distance to Oerlikon, bus stop of bus 61 and 62 just downstairs, surrounded by lots of supermarkets and sports places. About the flatmate: You will share the apartment with a female PhD student at ETH Zurich, who is friendly and quiet.
