I inhabit a spacious penthouse apartment 5 ½ rooms 141 m2 and 50m2 terrace with elevator and am looking for a male roommate (born 1964 or older) who is not just looking for a short-term place to stay, but a home for longer.
The most important thing first: it must fit humanly. Mutual respect, honesty, consideration, and a pleasant atmosphere in everyday life are important to me.

What I offer
1 room (17.2 m2) is available for your personal use. This is provided directly with a bath/toilet exclusively for you.
In addition, we use 1 room together as a co-working space.
A generous living room as well as an open area with kitchen and dining room will also be used by both of us.

Very good public transport connections with connection to lines 1/2/3/4. (4 minutes to the next bus station / 12 minutes by bus to the Biel-Bienne station.)
Parking possibilities in the blue zone or renting a parking space in the underground garage.

Who am I
I am 68 years old, single, bilingual D/F, still working as a self-employed person in restless semi-retirement. When I am not on the road for my customers, I enjoy life, in which I cook, move in the Jurahöhen or read books.
