Room in a shared flat

Since Natasha is moving out, we are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our 3-person shared apartment.

Location
It could hardly be more central: In 3 minutes you are at the Marktplatz, in 10 minutes at the Bahnhof and in 15 minutes at the HSG. The three Weihern are also reachable within a few minutes' walk.

Room & Apartment
Your room is approx. 20 square meters in size, flooded with light with high ceilings and has direct access to a balcony. You can find the floor plan in the attachment.
The shared apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen and everything else you might need.
The current furniture can be purchased after consultation. (The images in the advertisement are still from the previous tenant, new images with the current pictures will be uploaded shortly).

In addition, we are looking for a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed.
