3 rooms apartment

We are traveling in December for one month and are subletting our furnished apartment during this time. Ideal for a family or a couple who is in Zürich over the holidays or is looking for a transitional solution.

The rent corresponds to our own rent. As tenants of a municipal apartment, we are not allowed to add any markup when subletting, which is why the price is significantly below what a furnished apartment in Zürich would otherwise cost. It is non-negotiable.

The apartment (95 qm, ground floor with garden access, in a three-family house)
It is a 4-room apartment, of which 3 rooms are available. One room remains locked, as do some cupboards with personal items. Sufficient storage space remains free for your clothes and supplies.
Living room: cozily furnished, with projector and screen for movie nights.
Bedroom: with double bed and desk.
Children's room: with bed and additional mattress, space for two children. Large desk, also usable as a study.
Living kitchen: fully equipped, with dishwasher and dining table for up to six people, with a view of the garden. Spices and a basic stock of supplies may be used.
Bathroom: with bathtub
Garden: private garden seating area, the rest of the garden is shared.
Further equipment: washing machine, tumbler and drying room, WLAN. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Location
Wollishofen is a family-friendly district. The lake is reachable in 3 minutes on foot, the tram stop in 2 minutes, the Wollishofen station in 5 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn goes directly to the main station.
Good to know: The house is located between the railway line and the street; you can hear the traffic in the garden. Thanks to triple glazing, it is quiet in the apartment.

Conditions
Period: 30.11.2026 to 31.12.2026, return on 31.12. by 12:00. An extension is not possible.
Rent: CHF 1'861 for the entire duration, including utilities and WLAN
Additionally: Electricity according to actual consumption (approx. CHF 100) and final cleaning CHF 200
Deposit: CHF 1'861, repayment after the apartment handover
Maximum 4 persons, non-smoking apartment, no pets
Key handover by a trusted person on site
We will conclude a written sublease agreement. The landlord is informed, the contract will be submitted to her for approval. Move-in takes place after written consent.
