Hello,

I am temporary renting my great and bright apartment of 85 sq in Zurich Wiedikon (Badenerstrasse) until 15th January/March 2027 (as the entire building will be renovated afterwards). The flat is located in the center of Zurich, 5' walking from Wiedikon train station and Lochergut tram station. Plenty of of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.

The flat has two rooms (including one big of 25 sq), one big living room and the whole flat is already fully furnished. The bathroom, shower and kitchen are new and the flat has its own new washing machine.

The rent is offered with a discount at 2360fr/month all included, except electricity, instead of 2870fr/month.
