Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

We are looking for a new female or male roommate for our shared apartment in Brüttisellen, from 02.22.2026 or by arrangement. Room 3 will become available; you can apply for this room.

The room

• Room 3, approx. 28 m²
• unfurnished
• Rent: CHF 2'360 per month incl. utilities

The apartment

• Large terrace, ideal for morning coffee or cozy summer evenings
• 3 bathrooms, so you don't have to queue in the morning
• Washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment, no laundry room planning necessary
• Shared kitchen and common rooms

The location is ideal The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The train station can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or conveniently by bus. This means you are quickly and easily connected to Zürich and the surrounding area.

Our coexistence Friendly, respectful, and relaxed coexistence is important to us. Everyone has their own daily routine, but we appreciate a pleasant atmosphere and good interaction with one another.
Our most important rule: cleanliness and order. We place great importance on keeping the kitchen, the 3 bathrooms, and all common rooms clean and tidy. If you also enjoy living in a well-maintained environment and are considerate of others, then you fit perfectly with us.

Who we are looking for We are looking for a reliable, uncomplicated, and positive person who is looking for a home and not just a room.

Interested? Tell us a little bit about yourself, for example who you are, what you do, and how you like to live. We will then be happy to arrange a viewing appointment.

We look forward to meeting you!
