I rent out a nice room in a very spacious, centrally located 6.5-room apartment at Rheinstraße 12, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The room is approximately 16 m² and is ideal for a quiet, reliable and tidy person who likes to live in a pleasant shared flat with plenty of space. In total, the apartment has around 130 m² of living space, most of which can be used jointly. The apartment is very centrally located: The train station, banks, main post office and various shopping facilities are within a 3-minute walk. Nevertheless, the apartment offers a lot of space, opportunities to retreat and a pleasant living atmosphere. Among other things, a large kitchen, a large bathroom, living areas, balcony and a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Laundry can be washed very flexibly without having to register long in advance or wait for free times. A lovely dog also lives in the apartment, so you should definitely be animal-friendly. The apartment is less suitable for people with severe dog allergies or with cats. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is possible on the balcony.
