Move-in from beginning of January 2027
Our beautiful shared apartment in Chur is looking for a new:a main tenant.
We are moving out at the end of December, which is why a total of three rooms will become available. As the main tenant, you can take over the apartment and, if desired, simultaneously help decide who moves into the other two rooms.

The apartment offers plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere:

• large living room with an adjacent, spacious kitchen
• 3 rooms, of which 2 rooms are located upstairs on the gallery, which is accessible via a staircase
• balcony
• 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub
• own washing machine in the apartment
• cellar compartment for additional storage space
• separate storage room for bicycles
• quiet location in Chur
• certain pieces of furniture can be taken over upon move-in
• shopping facilities approx. 10 minutes away
• Postauto stop in approx. 10 minutes
• bus stop in approx. 12 minutes

Rent:
Room 1 and 2: 750 CHF / month
Room 3: 613 CHF / month
Total rent: 2‘113 CHF

Who we are
We are currently three people:
Leo (23) and Andrina (23) are both studying Multimedia Production in their 5th semester. Recha (26) works as a coach for high-performance athletes in the field of snowboarding.

Since we are all moving out at the end of December, we are looking for a person who takes over the main tenancy and can subsequently select their future roommates themselves.
