Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a furnished, bright room of approx. 20 m² in my 2-person shared apartment in Küsnacht ZH, available immediately. I live in the apartment myself; the second room is being sublet.

The room: double bed with drawers, large wardrobe with sliding doors, table and floor lamp. Window with curtains and Venetian blinds.

Shared use: large, bright living room with dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven, bathroom and balcony. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. WLAN is not available.

Rent: CHF 1075.- per month, plus utilities. Unlimited.

Location: Küsnacht station is a 7-minute walk away, S-Bahn approx. every 15 minutes to Zürich. Coop and Migros nearby, Lake Zürich is quickly accessible. Since the S-Bahn runs frequently, train noises may be audible.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy and reliable person (employed or studying) who values clean, pleasant cohabitation.

If interested, I look forward to your message!
