Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone :) We are renting a shared flat room on the first floor in our large house in Küsnacht. For shared use, the entire single-family house is included, including garage and outdoor parking spaces as well as the large garden. The property is located in a quiet location in the middle of nature and yet very central. The "Itschnach Fallacher" bus stop is reachable in just 4 minutes on foot. Stadelhofen station is therefore only 20 minutes away. Coop 5min, football and tennis court 3min, forest 1min. Included in the additional costs; cleaning service (every two weeks) incl. cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, internet, electricity, water, and heating oil We - Joshi (26 management), Fabio (24 banking), Kenny (35 software engineer), Laura 33 (real estate), Seraina (31 flight attendant) and Charlize (21 police training) live together in a shared flat in a house in Küsnacht and are renting out a room as of 1 October 2026 or earlier by arrangement. We are looking for a sociable roommate who is looking for more than just a shared flat for convenience. We look forward to meeting you.
