Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my room in my shared apartment for 3 months, from November until the end of January 2027 (dates flexible, only one or two months also works), 1275 CHF / month. It is next to the Siemens stop, about 20 minutes to Zürich HB. It is very quiet, and the apartment is furnished.

It is a large, bright, 4.5 room apartment, with two balconies, dishwasher, good espresso machine, etc. You only share the apartment with one young man. He is 27 years old, very quiet and polite, and is currently doing his doctorate. He speaks German, French, and English.

Smoking and pets forbidden. Only one person, preferably male.
