Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a female roommate starting from 1 November 2026. The room: The room is approx. 10.8 m² in size, has a large window and would be ready for occupancy from 1.11.2026. The location of the apartment is very central, and with three different bus lines, you are at Winterthur station in 5 minutes. The rent is 530 Franken including service charges (we pay for electricity and WLAN separately). About us: Aileen has been living in the shared flat for almost four years now and Manon moved in at the beginning of the year. It is important to us that it is not a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). At the same time, we are both very busy, which means you also have the shared flat to yourself every now and then. Manon is 21 years old, works as an MPA and studies midwifery at the ZHAW. Aileen, 25, works in horticulture and as a dancer and started her studies as an environmental engineer last year. We find it nice if you can occasionally sit together or eat together in the evening and still have your own place of retreat.
