Room in a shared flat

We are renting 1 room in a beautiful and quiet 5.5-room apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment offers:

• Large garden seating area
• Large living and dining area
• Many built-in wardrobes
• 2 bathrooms
• Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

My young daughters and I have 1 room available and are looking preferably for a female tenant who is child-friendly, tidy, and reliable. The room is ideal for female students or commuters.

We look forward to hearing from you if you are interested.
