Room in a shared flat

We (Desirée, 32, psychotherapist in training / Yuliia, 29, media designer) are looking for a new roommate for our 3-room shared flat in Urdorf with a beautiful view :) The third room is becoming available because our roommate is moving away for professional reasons. From time to time, friends come to visit, but mostly it's quiet. Cleanliness and order are important to me, but no one needs to have a cleaning obsession. Occasionally eating together, having a drink or exchanging ideas is very welcome. At the same time, I appreciate it when each person has their own free space and me-time. In my free time, I (Desirée) like to go jogging and maybe I'll take paragliding lessons this year. Yuliia is often out with friends and has a particularly green thumb . We cultivate an uncomplicated and cordial togetherness and like to eat or laugh together. We consider open, respectful, and empathetic interaction important. Any concerns can be addressed directly. The room is approximately 10 m² in size. The costs are CHF 600.– per month. Additional costs include WLAN, electricity, Serafe, etc., as well as a deposit of CHF 1’800.–. The shared flat is located 8 minutes from Urdorf train station. The Zurich main station can be reached by train in about 10–15 minutes. The local shopping center is accessible in around 10 minutes. I particularly like Urdorf because you can enjoy the peace and nature here and at the same time be quickly in the city. Additionally, some important people for me live here .
