Room 1: 14 m2, available immediately. Rent: 800 CHF.

Room 2: 10 m2, available from 1 September 2026. Rent: 700 CHF.

Both rooms: Net rent plus service charges.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment.

Bathroom: With bathtub.

Laundry: Washing machine and dryer for shared use in the house.

Outdoor area: Beautiful, large garden for shared use.

What I am looking for:
I prefer to look for a woman or a girl as a subtenant who values order and pleasant coexistence. Pets are not allowed and it is a non-smoking apartment.
