Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! :)

We are looking for a new roommate in our cozy apartment in Oerlikon starting January 1st, 2027!
The room is in a 4.5-room apartment (2.0 m²) in a beautiful building, extremely sunny, and the room itself is facing the courtyard. The room is ~11m² and is well arranged so you can modulate it as you like! It is furnished with a bed frame, a large wardrobe, a desk and its drawers, bedside table and lamp – the furniture is to sell (2000.- CHF for the furniture including the shared furniture and household items).

The apartment features:

• 2 balconies (one on each side of the apartment) with balcony furniture
• 2 bathrooms shared amongst the roommates
• Washing machine and dryer
• Large kitchen with a lot of storage room, dishwasher
• Large living room with dining table, chairs, couch, coffee table

There is also a bicycle room in the building and additional storage in the cellar. A parking spot is available at an additional cost if needed.

The flat is well located in Oerlikon:

• 8 min walk to Oerlikon main station
• 16 min to Zurich Airport
• 15 min to Zurich HB
• 15 min to ETH Hönggerberg

There are also many shops and gyms nearby.

About us:
We are currently three girls living in the flat, and you would be sharing it with two PhD students (aged 23 and 25). We love spending time together in the evenings and enjoy having friends over for occasional dinners. We like the idea of our flat being more than just a place to sleep - a friendly and welcoming home where we can share meals, spend time together and enjoy each other’s company, while also respecting each other’s privacy and appreciating quiet evenings after work.
Ideally, we are looking for a woman aged 23-30, non-smoking and no pets.
