2 ½ rooms apartment

Since we are planning a family expansion in the coming years, we are looking for a larger apartment and would like to exchange our beloved 2.5-room apartment at Idaplatz for it. The apartment is very bright, modern and high-quality. The open kitchen creates a nice living feeling, and the sunny balcony is one of our favorite places. The location is simply fantastic: directly at Idaplatz in the lively Kreis 3, with many cafes, restaurants, shopping opportunities and a great public transport connection. We are looking for a larger apartment (ideally from 3.5 rooms) in Zürich, preferably still in Kreis 3 or in the surrounding area.
