Room in a shared flat

The approximately 170 m² large house is located in an absolutely quiet area and offers a free view of the Nationalpark. The small room (9 m²) with built-in wardrobe, lavabo and foldable workspace as well as a view into the inner courtyard is made of Arvenholz. Kitchen, spacious living room (24 m²) and bathroom are located on the same floor. The room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished. In the basement, a modern washing machine and a dryer are available. On the same floor, two large refrigerators and a spacious freezer are also available. An outdoor area offers a completely covered shelter for sports equipment such as skis, bicycles, etc. A garage in the same house can be rented additionally. Furthermore, there is a large community parking lot in front of the village. The central bus stop (Guarda Cumuen) is less than a minute's walk away. The bus connections from the village start at 6:43 am and run throughout the day until shortly after 11 pm to the village. The current speed of the WLAN is 155 Mbit/s.
