A cozy shared apartment room is available for rent in a spacious 4.5-room old building apartment.

The apartment is shared with only one other person, which creates a quiet and pleasant living feeling with plenty of space and privacy despite being a shared flat. Two additional rooms are not occupied and are currently used as storage/utility rooms.

The room will be handed over partially furnished. The bed, armchair, curtains, and clothes rack will be taken. The remaining furniture can be taken over if there is interest. However, after consultation, the room can also be handed over completely empty.

In addition, a cellar compartment and a laundry room belong to the apartment.

Move-in would ideally be possible from 1 October 2026. If the timing does not fit perfectly, a slightly later move-in is also possible by arrangement.
