In the Zurich Old Town, a new, large shared apartment for 4 to 6 people is being created in a beautiful house with a garden and lake view! Women and FLINTA* persons are preferred, but couples are also welcome. The house features a modern interior design while simultaneously preserving its historical charm: tiled stoves as well as ceiling and wall paintings have been preserved. From some rooms, one enjoys a lake view. The house extends over four floors (with lift) and offers a lot of privacy, as there are only two rooms per floor. The well-insulated rooms feature built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs as well as separate toilets. For shared use, a large laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, and additional WC is available. The house has two kitchens (on the 1st and 3rd floor). The new, communal Bosch kitchen on the 1st floor offers direct access to the garden. The large, quiet garden with a seating area and beautiful view is currently being renovated and is expected to be fully usable from October. The house is located in a very quiet alley in the Oberdorf. The university, Bellevue, and Kunsthaus are reachable within a few minutes on foot. The rent per room is CHF 1'000 - 1'200 (excl. utilities). The 45 m² large loft rooms with their own kitchen cost CHF 2'400.
