Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my furnished 9 m² room in the WOKO student dormitory at Eduard-Steiner-Strasse 7 in Winterthur starting from 2 November 2026, initially as a sublet with a view to extension.

The room is cozily furnished and offers everything one needs for living and studying. A special highlight is the huge terrace, which is perfect for spending time with roommates. Additionally, there is a party cellar that can be used by all residents.

The location is ideal for students:

• ZHAW: approx. 20 minutes on foot
• ASVZ Sport Center: approx. 20 minutes on foot
• Winterthur Hauptbahnhof: approx. 20 minutes on foot
• Migros and Neuwiesen shopping center: reachable in a few minutes
• Brühleck bus stop: very close by

The dormitory offers an uncomplicated way to live in Winterthur and to be quickly at the university, at sports, or in the city center.
