Room in a shared flat

In our beautiful new-build shared apartment in Kloten, an 18 m2 room including a private bathroom will become available from 1 December 2026.

The apartment is 108 m2 in total and has a shared entrance area and an open living area with a modern kitchen. Between the window fronts is a small, cozy balcony. Next to your room, there are 2 other shared apartment rooms with a shared bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment, and additionally, we have a small cellar compartment and a bicycle parking space in the basement. A parking space in the underground garage is already included in the rent of 1290 CHF. For visitors, there are an additional 2 visitor parking spaces directly in front of the residential building. We are located near the airport and are therefore very well connected by public transport (Airport 5 min, Zürich HB 25 min).

We are Amina (26) and Doris (26), two flight attendants who travel a lot, but who are all the more pleased when we see each other in the apartment and then enjoy spending time together. Occasionally we do something together, but we also enjoy our peace, especially after a long working day.

We are looking for someone aged 23-30, preferably employed and preferably a non-smoker. You should also be tidy and reliable so that we can collectively keep our living space clean and cozy for everyone.
