The shared apartment house in Pratteln BL. Various shared apartment rooms with views to the east, south or west are available.
The traditional Swiss farmhouse from 1851 is listed as a monument and is located in the old village core, in the center of Pratteln.
It was completely rebuilt and renovated by two architects in 1988. Further renovations have been carried out continuously.
The last renovations were made in winter 2022.
The charm of the house can be felt throughout the entire building. Sometimes old wooden beams can be seen or the original rubble stone wall is visible.
Today it is mainly used as a shared apartment house (13 rooms distributed over 3 floors).
