Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of our great shared apartment and am looking for a suitable roommate for a 105 m2 apartment. The room is 13 m² in size and has direct access to one of the two balconies – perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxed summer evenings.

Who lives here?
Marco (29) travels a lot for work and enjoys spending his free time outdoors. Cynthia (30) works in Luzern and is often out on her road bike. Both are open, uncomplicated, and appreciate a relaxed, respectful shared apartment life. They also enjoy doing things together – for example, strolling cozily through the Christmas market, cooking together, or going for a round of bouldering.

Who we are looking for
We are preferably looking for a male roommate aged 25 or older who is reliable, communicates openly, and appreciates a relaxed, respectful coexistence.

Costs

• 1'100 CHF/month for the room
• 300 CHF/month into the shared apartment account for groceries, household items, and shared consumables
• A one-time buyout is intended for the shared furniture.
