1 room single room

Hello,

I am leaving my room in a shared apartment in Lausanne in mid-October and I am looking for someone who could take it over.

It is a shared apartment with two friendly, calm, and respectful people.
The apartment is very bright, features a large kitchen, a living area with a large TV, a dining area, a balcony with an outdoor sofa, a barbecue, and a washing machine in the apartment.

The room has a double bed, a large bay window, a dressing area, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Perfect for having your privacy while remaining in a shared apartment and in a quiet residential neighborhood; bus 4 is a 2-minute walk away, the 21 and the 2 are 6 minutes away, and the LEB is 10 minutes away.
Do not hesitate to write to me for more details or to organize a visit!

The room is at 1300CHF, the price is negotiable.
