Room in a shared flat

We, a family with two kids, are looking for a new subtenant (will only be rented to a single person, no couples). If you do not smoke, are quiet and love animals, and enjoy living in a rural area, please get in touch. The room is as large as a master bedroom and has a storage room. You will share the living room, dining area, and kitchen with us. The bathroom is mostly available to you alone, as is the balcony. WLAN, as well as a washing machine, are included. The duration is indefinite. Pets, up to a maximum of a cat, are allowed; dogs are not.
