Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in a high-quality apartment.
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, desk, two armchairs, bed, bookshelf and a balcony window with mosquito net and blinds.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and shower, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
A garden also belongs to the apartment. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Train station, SPAR supermarket and the Volg are located in the immediate vicinity.
