1 room single room

Hello ! We are a shared accommodation in the center of Lausanne looking for A new roommate to come and live with us in our great apartment from early July. The room is 16m2 and is unfurnished, but the entire apartment is (100m2). We are three young active people and we are looking for someone in the same age range as us, 28 years old, also active who is ready to integrate into shared accommodation life, ideally a woman for the long term (min 1 year). We have very different lives but that doesn't stop us from spending time together over a drink or a meal. Generally, we do this in a fairly spontaneous way and it's great like that ! We would like the person who joins us to be in the same dynamic as us and also be sensitive to the different points below. It's important for us so that we can feel at ease with the person that the person imperatively respects these aspects: - Careful and likes to live in clean common areas - Wants to get involved in shared accommodation life and not just pay rent. But who also respects quiet moments and each person's space. - Having a sensitivity to sustainability. We sort our waste, we do a lot of homemade things, we buy second-hand a lot, etc.. - Likes green plants ! We have a few and we love them a lot ! The apartment is super nice ! We have a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, plants, a separate bathroom and toilet (practical ;)) and 4 bedrooms. However, we would like to go from 4 to 3 roommates this summer but it's still being discussed. If this happens, it would mean that we would have a living room with a nice balcony but consequently the rent would also increase. We are on the 3rd floor in a small building, so it's pretty quiet and the neighbors are super chill. We organize visits !
