3 rooms apartment

I'm subletting my apartment in Wiedikon (near Goldbrunnenplatz) for 5 weeks in late September & October 2026.

The apartment is about 70 sqm. It offers:

• well-furnished living room
• comfortable home office space (standing desk, wide 34'; monitor)
• fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a small dining table
• bathroom with a bathtub
• some exercise equipment
• small garden (for private use)

The earliest move in date would be 23rd September, until the maximum of 24 October. The ideal tenant would sub-rent for the entire period, but shorter contract is also possible (min. 3 weeks).

There is a strict no-smoking rule in the apartment, and no pets are allowed.

I also have a car which we could discuss the rental of separately, if you are interested
