I am offering a room for one person for rent, 11.86 m², with a built-in wardrobe and access to the living and dining room, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, as well as to a private laundry room. From the living room, there is a direct exit to the garden, a large terrace for sitting and grilling.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and undamaged and features basic equipment such as a dishwasher in the kitchen etc. as well as a laundry room with a drying room.

I am looking for someone who likes it quiet, although I myself enjoy celebrating every now and then.
I speak German, English and Polish.
