Room in a shared flat

We have two free rooms - one from September 1st and one from October 1st. Both rooms are approximately 15m2 in size with one or two windows, bright and spacious. The apartment is on the 1st floor with 5.5 rooms, a bathroom with toilet and a second toilet, balcony and kitchen. We have a basement and an attic compartment. The laundry room is shared with other parties in the house (all shared flats, so very uncomplicated and usually free). We are looking for two open, communicative flatmates. Ideally with a bit of life experience, older than 25 years. We like tolerant, adventurous people with humor. If we look at our current circle of friends, we seem to get along very well with a mix of nerds, gamers and party people. We are Natale (27) and Anja (30) and we have been living here together with two other flatmates for over 2 years, who will be moving out soon. We are a very social shared flat and place great emphasis on chatting with each other, doing things together and often inviting people to our home - for relaxed game evenings, but also larger parties. Natale worked for the local TV station and will soon start studying in the field of video/art/journalism. His hobbies are volleyball and gaming and he is very interested in history and art. Anja is finishing her doctorate on psychedelic treatment in psychiatry and starting a psychotherapist training. In her free time, she plays volleyball, paints or is out with friends.
