The apartments
Five 2.5-room apartments for couples and small families. A spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the center of each, in addition to two rooms of around 12 to 17 m². On the ground floor and the 1st upper floor, a terrace or a balcony is included; the two penthouse apartments offer roof terraces of around 67 and 69 m² as well as two showers/WC.

Features
Parquet in living and bedrooms, tiled floors in the wet rooms and a private laundry tower in each apartment. An elevator connects the parking garage with all floors up to the penthouse; a cellar compartment is available in the basement. Heating is provided by a heat pump with ground probes, which enables gentle cooling (freecooling) in the summer; a photovoltaic system provides solar power.

Location
Bösingen is located in the Sense district on the border with the Canton of Bern. Shopping, school and bus stop are located in the village; train station and motorway connection in Flamatt and Düdingen are around 6 to 7 km away.
