Room in a shared flat

For our 3-person shared flat in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an open and uncomplicated person who is interested in a nice life together – sometimes chatting together, sometimes just having one's peace, both are possible with us.
Your private living space consists of two rooms. I have used the smaller room as a wardrobe and storage room, and the other as a bedroom and study. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
If there is interest in the furniture, it can be taken over.

Since two rooms in the shared flat are becoming vacant at the moment, a new person is also being sought. The third person is Marc. He is in his 30s, self-employed, and enjoys going jogging.
