**Flatmate wanted!** The apartment is located very centrally. Ostermundigen station can be reached on foot in approx. 3 minutes and various shopping facilities such as Migros and Coop are located approx. 7 minutes walking distance away. By train, you are in Bern in only about 7 minutes. If required, an additional parking space can be taken over for CHF 45.– per month. The room features built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and is very bright thanks to the south-facing windows. In addition to your own room, the spacious 3.5-room apartment offers a shared living room, a separate kitchen with a door, a bathroom, and a large balcony with plenty of space to relax. Additionally, an attic and a cellar belong to the apartment, which offer further generous storage space. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available in the residential block. My name is Anja, I am 25 years old and I study at the PH Bern. Alongside my studies, I already work in a school class. Therefore, I am rather little at home during the week. However, in the evening or on the weekend, I also enjoy doing something together. In my free time, I like being outdoors and especially enjoy hiking. An enjoyable and uncomplicated coexistence is important to me. I value mutual exchange and enjoy it when one does something together every now and then, but at the same time, everyone should also have their own personal space.
