Room in a shared flat

Since our colleague will soon be finishing her internship, a room is becoming available in our flat :). It is 21m2 in size and has its own bathroom with a shower. The room itself would be unfurnished, but the things that are in the room can also stay inside (almost everything would be free of charge). The apartment is on the ground floor and is very large and bright. Furthermore, we have a semi-private garden that we like to use to relax or cook. Additionally, the apartment also has its own dryer and washing machine. The apartment is located right next to an Aldi and is 6 min away from the VonRoll Areal as well as the Inselareal. The center can be reached in 10 min with the bus, which stops 50m from our apartment. Now to us. We are Marco (26) and Laurin (26), we are both studying medicine in the 10th semester and have been friends for a long time. We like to cook, like to play something together, and also frequently spend the evenings playing Wii via the projector that we installed :).
